Unfortunately, that’s not how protection plans work. If you have items that are already damaged, they must be fully repaired before they can be covered. Once they're fixed, you can add them to your account so that the next time a mishap happens, you’re protected!
For an item to be eligible for protection, you must:
Have an active plan with AKKO.
Add item information to your account along with pictures of it in working and undamaged condition, following the instructions provided in your account.
