Be sure to follow all instructions for uploading the photos of your phone so that it is fully protected. 2 photos of your phone required for coverage if you are uploading images to your account via the app (Front and Back). See examples below.
Take photos using your phone's camera in front of a mirror.
Position your device approximately 6 inches away.
Remove any case from your phone.
Remove any damaged or cracked screen protectors.
Clean off any smudges or marks.
Make sure your fingers/hands are not obstructing the view of your phone.
Make sure all images are clear and bright.
For Flip/Fold phones, make sure ALL screens are showing. Unfolded the phone so the inner screen is showing.
