Many customers have phones paid for on installment plans through their carrier or other retailers.
When you register, the same process applies for adding your phone to your account. To upload a receipt, download a PDF, or take a screenshot of your most recent bill/statement from your cellular carrier or retailer, which should show your installment payment and the type of device.
NOTE: For leased or financed phones that require a replacement, you must fully pay off the remaining balance before receiving your claim reimbursement.
