Payment is typically sent within 12 business hours after claim approval. If you provided your payout details when initially filing, we will send a confirmation email verifying that funds were sent via your preferred method.
If you haven’t provided payout details yet, don’t worry! We’ll email you a link to redeem your funds via Venmo, PayPal, or a virtual card.
NOTE: Repair approvals may require a receipt or an estimate before funds can be sent for reimbursement.
