Whether you're approved for a repair or replacement, it can take us up to 12 business hours to send payment to you!
If you have provided your payout details when initially filing, we will follow up with a confirmation email verifying funds were sent via your preferred method.
If you have not provided any payout details yet, don't worry! We'll send a separate email containing a link to redeem your funds, as well as a confirmation message in our ongoing thread. You may redeem these funds via Venmo, PayPal, or a virtual card.
NOTE: Repair approvals may require a receipt or an estimate before funds can be sent for reimbursement less your claim deductible.
