There are a few different ways to cancel your plan:
From the “Account” section in the app, click “Plans,” and choose the link to “Cancel My Plan,”.

Monthly plans:
AKKO will provide a full refund for customers who cancel within the first 30 days of signing up. After the first 30 days, your account will be closed at the end of your current billing cycle once you submit a cancellation request. You will not be charged again, but no refund will be provided.
Annual plans:
Plans can continue until the end of your billing cycle or be terminated immediately. You will receive a prorated refund of any balance you’ve already paid.
