There are a few different ways to cancel your plan:
From the “Account” section in the app, click “Plans,” and choose the link to “Cancel My Plan,”.
Email us at [email protected].
Fill out this form. Once submitted, your cancellation is typically processed within 24 hours.
Monthly plans:
AKKO will provide a full refund for customers who cancel within the first 30 days of signing up. After the first 30 days, your account will be closed at the end of your current billing cycle once you submit a cancellation request. You will not be charged again, but no refund will be provided. Refunds, if approved, will appear in your account within 5-7 business days. Additionally, full refunds may be possible for recent charges depending on the timing and circumstances of your request.
Annual plans:
Plans can continue until the end of your billing cycle or be terminated immediately. You will receive a prorated refund of any balance you’ve already paid. Refunds for annual plans are prorated based on the unused portion of your term. Eligibility criteria outlined in your plan’s terms must be met for refunds to be processed.
