Log into your AKKO account and go to the "Account" page. Then scroll down to the "Billing" section and you can click the button to pay a past due bill, or update your credit/debit card on file.
If you have any difficulty with updating your card or paying a past due invoice through your account page, please email us at [email protected] with a message saying “I need to update my credit card” we will then send you a secure link to input a new card or the link to your invoice to pay.
