How can I add an additional protection plan for a new account bundled with my billing?

Want to add other phones to your account? Setup is easy! Plus, you'll earn a discount when bundling plans together.

Step 1: Log In

Click "Account" in the bottom right corner.

Step 2: Click "Plans"

Step 3: Add Plan

Step 4: Decide between AKKO Everything and Phone Only Plan

The AKKO plan covers 1 phone + 25 other electronics. The Phone Only plan covers 1 phone.

Step 5: Enter Information and Click "Add Plan"

Step 6: The phone number attached to the new lines will receive confirmation. Please make sure each phone on the account has the AKKO app downloaded and completes verification.

Billing:

Only the primary account holder will be billed for all plans they registered. A 5% multi-plan discount is applied to all plans and the primary account holder is responsible for managing all billing. The primary account holder can see all the accounts they are paying for from their Account Settings page in their account under the "Billing" section. They are also authorized to reach out to our support to make any billing updates or to add/remove anyone's plan.
