Be sure to follow all instructions for uploading the photos of your TV so that it is fully protected. 3 photos of your TV are required for coverage (Front, Back, and "About page").
Here's how to correctly upload images of your TV:
With your phone, take photos of your TV in the AKKO app
Clean off any smudges or marks
Make sure items are not obstructing the view of your TV
Make sure all images are clear and bright
Ensure the screen is powered on and the entire screen is visible
Take a photo of the front and back of the device
For the "About page", take a photo of the serial number displayed on the TV, ensuring the entire TV screen is visible in the photo (example below)

NOTE:
If your TV is mounted and you cannot show the entire back of the device, you do not need to take the device down. Instead, swing the TV from the wall as much as possible, and take a photo of the back.
