When verifying your phone during a claim, the claims team will ask you to provide a video of your device ID showing the AKKO app. For instructions on how to take that video, please check out our article here.
If the verification video is too large, you will need to upload the file to a hosting site - like Google Drive, iCloud, or Youtube.
How to Upload and Share Verification Videos via Google Drive

Once the video has been uploaded, find the file under “My Drive”:
Click the “Share” icon:
Next, change the access so that anyone with a link can view the video:
Once the access permission has been changed, you can click “Copy link” and paste the link in your response to the claims team. They will then be able to review the video and determine the next steps for your claim.

Once you have uploaded your video to iCloud, you can access and share the video either from the web or your phone.
Share via Your Phone’s Photos App
To share via your phone, first, select the video in your Photos app.
Then, tap the share button in the bottom left corner:
Next, tap “Copy iCloud Link” from the share menu:
Once copied, you may paste the link in your email response to our claims.
Share via the iCloud website
You may also access a shareable link via iCloud’s desktop website.
Select the video and then click on the share button in the top right corner:
From the drop-down menu that appears, select “Copy Link”:
Once copied, you can paste the link in your response to the claims team. They will then be able to review the video and determine the next steps for your claim.

Once the file is uploaded, you can click the video on your channel. Once opened, click “Share” below the video player:
Then, click “copy” on the share menu:
