How to provide a verification video for damage to the back of my phone

To verify your phone, our team may ask for a video of it after you've filed a claim with the ID number of your device visible on the screen.

When you take this video be sure to capture the entire screen and back of the device so any and all damage can be seen as well. The video must be filmed in one continuous shot and you must touch the screen and scroll up/down, or type on the keyboard.
