If you need to replace the phone that is protected on your account, follow this guide.

If you recently got a new device, be sure to add it to your AKKO account!

If your new device is replacing an old device, follow these steps to make sure you are protecting the new device.

To add a phone or non-phone item to your account, please see these articles:

1 - Login: If you need help downloading and using the app, please use our guide here

2 - Go to Items: Go to "Items" in the menu bar, or click on "Your Stuff"

3 - Select an item: Press on an item in your collection that you'd like to delete and/or replace

4 - Delete the item: Click on the trash icon next to the item title

5 - Add your new item
