If your new device is replacing an existing one, follow the steps below to ensure your new device is protected.
Log into your account at https://akko.app/home.
Click on "Items" or "Your Stuff ".
Click on the specific item you would like to delete.
Scroll to the bottom of this page, then click "Remove item from plan".
After successfully deleting the item, click on "Item " or "Your Stuff ". From there, go to "Add New Item".
Select the item and add the item's information.
From there, follow the steps provided in your account for adding photos so your item is fully verified.
