How do I add my replacement device to my plan after a claim?

After receiving a replacement device following an approved claim, follow these steps to get it added to your AKKO account so it is protected

If you've recently had a claim and your device was replaced, be sure to add the replacement to your AKKO account so the new device is protected! You can do this the same way you initially added your original device to your account.

You'll first need to log into your AKKO account, go to "Items" and click the old device that was damaged or stolen and tap the trash can icon to delete.

Afterwards, click "Add Item" in the bottom right corner of the “Your Items” page and add your new replacement device to your plan!
