How do I add my replacement device to my plan after a claim?

After receiving a replacement device following an approved claim, follow these steps to get it added to your AKKO account so it is protected

If you've recently had a claim and your device was replaced, then be sure to add it to your AKKO account. You can do this the same way you initially added your device to your account.

You'll first want to log into your AKKO account, go to the "items" and click the old device that was damaged/stolen and tap “delete”.

Then, click "Add new item" and add your new replacement device to your plan!
