Whether you are a new AKKO member, or want to protect another item, follow this step-by-step guide to protect your item in no time! These steps will show you how to add an item to your account using the AKKO mobile app!

1 - Download the app!

Head to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and download the "AKKO" app

2 - Login

Using your phone number and temporary password

3 - Add our first item

To add your first item, press "Continue" to proceed to the add item page

3a - Add an item another way

If you've already added an item on our website, and want to add another, navigate to the "Items" page using the menu bar at the bottom of the screen and press "Add item"

Step 4 - Pick your item

Select an item category that your item is in

Step 5 - Enter Item Details

Enter in your items details as required in order to protect your item

Step 5a - Enter Purchase Details

Enter in your purchase details as required in order to protect your item

6 - Add your photos

Add your photos by pressing "Add Photos of Item" and uploading from your photo library or by directly taking a photo

7 - Congratulations!

You've successfully added your item to your account.
