How to find your PC-ID, PS-ID, and PT-ID

Learn how to find your partner ID's used for partner support and training.

How do I find my PT-ID?

Each member of a team has their own PT-ID. This helps track which member of the team has made which sale.

If team members have already been added:

  1. Log into your Partner Portal account at https://partner.akko.app/login

  2. Toggle to the “Team” tab on the left side menu

  3. Find the PT-ID of each team member next to their name

If no team members have been added:

  1. Log into your Partner Portal account at https://partner.akko.app/login

  2. Toggle to the “Team” tab on the left side menu

  3. Click “Add new user” in the top right corner

  4. Add the team member’s information

  5. Find their PT-ID next to their name


How do I find my PS-ID?

The PS-ID is the number assigned to a specific store location or property.

  1. Log into your Partner Portal account at https://partner.akko.app/login

  2. Toggle to the “Properties” tab on the left side menu

  3. Copy the gray PS-ID on the top left corner of your property


How do I find my PC-ID?

The PC-ID is the number assigned to your company.

  1. Log into your Partner Portal account at https://partner.akko.app/login

  2. Toggle to the “Settings” tab on the left side menu

  3. Select the gray code above “First Name” on the main card
