How do I find my PT-ID?
Each member of a team has their own PT-ID. This helps track which member of the team has made which sale.
If team members have already been added:
Log into your Partner Portal account at https://partner.akko.app/login
Toggle to the “Team” tab on the left side menu
Find the PT-ID of each team member next to their name
If no team members have been added:
Log into your Partner Portal account at https://partner.akko.app/login
Toggle to the “Team” tab on the left side menu
Click “Add new user” in the top right corner
Add the team member’s information
Find their PT-ID next to their name
How do I find my PS-ID?
The PS-ID is the number assigned to a specific store location or property.
Log into your Partner Portal account at https://partner.akko.app/login
Toggle to the “Properties” tab on the left side menu
Copy the gray PS-ID on the top left corner of your property
How do I find my PC-ID?
The PC-ID is the number assigned to your company.
Log into your Partner Portal account at https://partner.akko.app/login
Toggle to the “Settings” tab on the left side menu
Select the gray code above “First Name” on the main card
