Navigate to your phone's settings app, then click "About".
Take a photo of your phone's "About Page" using another phone's camera or another camera, such as the one on a tablet or laptop
Be sure the Serial Number and IMEI are visible on the screen
The background must be white/bright, turn off "Dark mode" in your settings if it is enabled
Make sure the ENTIRE screen is also visible
