Follow the instructions below to take a photo of your phone's "About Page":
Navigate to your phone's settings, then click "About".
Take a photo of your phone's "About Page" using a different device, such as another phone, tablet, or laptop.
Be sure the Serial Number and IMEI are visible on the screen.
The background must be white/bright; turn off "Dark mode" in your settings if it is enabled.
Ensure the ENTIRE screen is visible.
