I bought a new phone. How do I Delete and Replace an Item using the AKKO Website

If you need to replace the phone that is protected on your account, follow this guide.

If you recently got a new device, be sure to add it to your AKKO account!

If your new device is replacing an old device, follow these steps to make sure you are protecting the new device.

Step 1 - Log into your account at https://akko.app/home

Step 2 - Click on the 'Items' tab or 'Your Stuff'. It will take you to the page where you can see all of your items.

Step 3 - Click on the specific item you are trying to delete

Step 4 - Scroll to the bottom of this page, then click "Remove item from plan"

Step 5 - After successfully deleting the item from your plan, follow the steps for adding items and photos to your account so it is fully verified. You can refer to our article on doing so here.
