If you fall in one of these categories, you're eligible for a 10% discount on any plan(s) you choose to register! This 10% discount is designed to guarantee ongoing benefits and flexibility to these valued groups. Additionally, it cannot be combined with the 5% group/family discount if both apply, ensuring clarity in discount application.
Once you've registered, contact our team at [email protected] and provide the cell phone number used to register. Let us know which category you belong to and provide a quick photo of any relevant documentation showing your status. This could be a military ID, a veteran's card, a first responder's badge, or a teacher's ID. Then, the 10% discount will be applied to your plan(s) without expiration! If you are applying after your payment has been processed, note that the discount will not apply retroactively to completed transactions. However, it will take effect from your next billing cycle. For bank payments still processing, AKKO offers to add a credit balance to your account as a future offset, rather than issuing partial refunds.
Note: this 10% discount would replace any 5% group/family discount you may already have.

Q2: What happens if I forget to apply the discount before making a payment? While the discount cannot be retroactively added to completed charges, it will apply to all future payments. If a bank payment is still processing, credits may be issued to offset future bills. Additionally, if you choose to pay for your plan annually, you may qualify for a one-time promotional discount which will be processed alongside the 10% discount application.
