Maybe you switched wireless providers, inherited a different phone number, or had a number change from your job on your phone. Regardless of the situation, changing your number on file is easy!

First, log into your account on https://app.getakko.com/login

Then, go to the 'Account' section. From here, go to 'Your Personal Info', and click 'Edit' next to your number like below!

Once you do that and click submit, you'll receive a verification code to your new phone number. Enter that verification code and then your phone number will be updated!
