How Do I Report my Device as Stolen?

When filing a theft claim, you will need to provide proof that your device has been marked "stolen" as evidence. To do so, please follow the steps below!

For Apple devices: Go to icloud.com/find or use the Find My app on another Apple device. Select your device, enable Lost Mode, and follow the prompts to display a message with your contact information.

For Android devices: Go to android.com/find on a computer or another phone. Sign in with your Google account to locate, lock, or erase your device.

For Samsung devices: Visit findmymobile.samsung.com to locate, lock, and erase your device.

Once your device has been locked, contact your carrier to blacklist your device:

Call customer service: Find your carrier's customer service number and call to report the loss.

Provide your information: You will need to provide your account details to verify your identity.

Provide the IMEI number: You can find the IMEI number on the original phone box, or your carrier may have it on record. Give this number to the representative so they can blacklist the device.

Request service suspension: Ask the carrier to suspend your cellular service to prevent unauthorized use.
